Home is the space that should identify yourself more than any other.

It is the place where we spend most of our time, the one that we share with our family and our closest friends.

Changing house, or renovating our forever home, is something we should take extreme care of, studying thoroughly the distribution of the different rooms, the furnishing and the overall functionality, in order to create a space that answers to our every need, now and in the future, and at the same time, is able to convey the warmth and ease that makes us fell at home.

A home should answer to our specific requirements. For example, if you are thinking of having a child, you are going to need different things from a bachelor or a bachelorette, or a couple of empty-nesters. Moreover, you could have a particular hobbies or a job from home, which call for a special separate space from the rest of the house.

ANALYZE THOROUGHLY THE CURRENT USE OF YOUR SPACES

It happens very often that we do not take full profit of our home’s potential or that some rooms are left aside since we do not need them anymore, because they belong to requirements of the past. But before moving on to selling the house, it is worth it to rethink those spaces and find out if some of them can be renovated or adapted to your current needs, so to make use of them in the perfect way.
